*Ingredients List (for four loaves): 1 ¾ cups flower, 1 cup sugar, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp cinnamon, ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp nutmeg, ¼ tsp ginger, ¼ tsp cloves, ½ tsp allspice, ½ cup butter, 2 eggs, ¾ cup pumpkin and *optional* ¾ cup chocolate chips. Appliances needed are a kitchen aid/food processor, measuring cups, and mini bread pans.

Step 1: Gather ingredients and appliances.

Step 2: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 3: Add butter and sugar to your mixing appliance and mix until combined. Once smooth, add eggs.

Step 4: In a separate bowl, add all the remaining dry ingredients then mix until combined.

Step 5: Put pumpkin into a separate cup/bowl.

Step 6: Turn on the mixing appliance and alternate adding pumpkin and dry ingredients into the egg/butter mixture (for example, add one scoop of pumpkin into the wet mixture, then one scoop of dry ingredients, then pumpkin, then dry ingredients… etc.) until everything is together. Mix until combined.

Step 7: Add chocolate chips, if you want to add sweetness and texture to your bread. Stir with a spoon so as to not let your mixing appliance break up the chocolate chips.

Step 8: Spray your bread pans with nonstick oil/baking spray. Then, add a pinch of flour to coat the interior of the bread pan.

Step 9: Fill each bread pan ¾ of the way full with your mixture to allow space for rising.

Step: 10: Put your bread pans in the oven for 45 minutes.

Step 11: After 45 minutes, insert a toothpick and if it comes out dry, then your bread is done.

Step 12: Eat up!
